Affectionately called “Duck Duck Taco,” here’s an adorable little twist on a taco. Twenty Twenty Grille constructs this taco-inspired stack in layers of crispy corn masa tortillas (gluten-free), duck confit and grilled duck breast.
The stack is topped with an oven-roasted tomato pico de gallo and an orange margarita gastrique.
The taco may look small, but the $14 appetizer is quite mighty. Kind of like Twenty Twenty Grille itself, an eatery of just 20 seats inside and 20 seats outside.
The restaurant, love child of husband-wife team Rhonda Weisheit and (Executive Chef) Ron Weisheit, opened in January in Boca Raton. Since then, it’s been a popular, cozy East Boca dinner spot for those in the know. Reservations are highly recommended.
